Outstationed Worker Program (OWP) – Online Payment System

Welcome to the Online Payment System for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Outstationed Worker Program (OWP) Contract Service. You can use this service to pay your HHSC OWP Contract Services invoice in lieu of paper checks.

Please allow at least 7-10 business days for us to process your payment. We will process payments made on weekends or on a holiday starting on the next business day.

What you’ll need:

  • Invoice number
  • Payment details:
    • For payment via credit card - a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) or
    • For Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments - the recipient's full name, bank account number, ABA routing number, and account type (checking or savings)
